Speaker Dr. Doug Yau is a co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at STRUT Learning. Doug is an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) instructor, startups investor and warm-hearted people manager. Doug has a Ph.D, MBA (Change Management), and graduate certificates in EQ. Doug has a talent for people development and teaches workshops on improving EQ in professionals. Having seen the positive effects of increasing his own EQ, Doug has made it a priority to teach the next generation, so that they may enjoy academic and career success and in turn enhance society as a whole.
